Connie Stryjak is Opportunity's Chief Human Resources Officer. Connie, along with her team, develops and implements programs to align work force and key business initiatives through the use of organizational effectiveness interventions. They determine appropriate interventions necessary to meet organizational goals and develop plans for effective implementation.

The division identifies and creates leadership development programs. The human resources team provides coaching to leaders and executives on organizational growth. It also supports members by providing structural models, job descriptions, policies, and recruiting procedures, while also meeting culturally relevant diversity and affirmative action initiatives. The division seeks to act as a change agent providing the support and mechanism to implement major changes to the operations of the business.

In addition, human resources develops policies and procedures, recruits new staff, assesses performance, plans for leadership succession, and advises on compensation.
