Robyn Robertson is Opportunity's Chief Transformation Officer. She is responsible for developing a framework to understand and measure transformation as well as for overseeing the implementation of Opportunity's transformational mission. Robyn also ensures that Opportunity maintains its mission focus.
Opportunity's aim is that every product, service, and customer interaction fulfills at least one of the seven biblical dimensions of foundational needs: 1) Dignity, 2) Authority, 3) Security, 4) Adequate Provision, 5) Purpose, Hope, and Meaning, 6) Freedom and Adequate Boundaries, and 7) Authentic Relationships and Love. Such an approach creates a tranformational environment that maximizes opportunities for whole-life change.
