The central governing body of the Opportunity Network, the Network Board
consists of microfinance and banking professionals representing each region
of the Opportunity International Network. Their collective experience in banking,
microfinance, transformation and economic development shapes the strategic direction
of the Opportunity Network and its goal of serving poor entrepreneurs.

Implementing Partner CEO Forum
The Implementing Partner CEO Forum includes CEOs of Implementing Partner organizations who are having the greatest success in achieving a transformational impact among clients. This group provides a discussion forum for CEOs or the Network to raise key strategic issues. The Implementing Partner CEO Forum measures Opportunity's performance against our Mission, Values, and Triple Bottom Line objectives.

Leadership Team
Led by the Network CEO the Network Leadership Team consists of professionals that strategize, lead and direct the activities of each division in the Network Services Organization. Dispersed throughout offices worldwide, the Network Leadership Team works closely with member organizations to provide products and services to optimize transformation, outreach, and sustainability.

Strategy and Resource Committee
The Strategy and Resource Committee is comprised of the Network executive chair and the chairs of our fundraising Supporting Partners. While this committee does not have ultimate decision-making powers, the committee is a forum for the Supporting Partners to work closely together on global strategy, consistency of policy development and funding. The Committee also provides operational governance of the Network Services Organization as well as advising the Network Board.
