Angel de Leon

Director of TSKI

Angel de Leon has served as the executive director of TSKI since 1986, spearheading the development of one of the fastest growing microfinance organizations in the Philippines. Under Angel’s leadership, TSKI was voted “Most Outstanding Microfinance Organization in the Philippines: 2005” by the People’s Credit and Finance Association of the Philippines. To further deepen TSKI’s capacity to help the poor, Angel and his team worked with the APPEND Network to set up a community development project in Boracay, a small island on the northern edge of West Visayas, and are hoping to replicate the model throughout the APPEND Network.
