Chris Sadler

Board Member, Opportunity International Australia

Chris Sadler is the Chair of Opportunity International Australia. He is also a director of Opportunity Australia’s Indian subsidiary, Dia Vikas Capital, and a member of the Opportunity International Network board. In the corporate sector, Chris is a non-executive director of Eastern Star Gas Limited (coal steam gas) and Austock Group Limited (financial services). He is an advisor to Daniels Sharpsmart Group (healthcare) and Xchanging plc (business process outsourcing). In addition, Chris sits on the board of Alpha International in London and various Alpha boards in the Asia Pacific region, including China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and Australia. Prior to 2004, Chris spent 20 years working in the investment banking industry in New York, London and Australia. He has worked for several leading international investment banks including JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank and Citigroup, and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, equity and debt financing.
