Lamberto “Spanky” Meer is the Chairman of TSPI, the second largest local partner within the Opportunity Network. Historically, TSPI has had a very strong board, representing many leaders from within the Philippine business community. Lamberto also serves a Co- Managing Partner of Meer, Meer and Meer law firm in Manila.
