Dian Mandiri (DIMAN) was founded in 1998 as a fully autonomous, indigenously staffed and governed organization with the purpose of serving the grassroots communities of Indonesia. The vision of DIMAN is to “Nation Quality Enhancement”. This vision primarily focuses not only on microenterprise development, but also includes empowering community through community development, training, farmer business activity and advocacy.
