During 2000, Moznosti the non-government organization (NGO) incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary called the Moznosti Savings House. This subsidiary applied for and was awarded a Savings House license by the National Bank of Macedonia. The NGO began to transfer operations, assets and personnel to the Savings house during the fourth quarter of 2000. Several important components to the transition of NGO to Savings House were completed in 2001. These were the completion of the transfer of the loan portfolio; complete transitioning of staff from the NGO to the Savings House; and moving the headquarters location; Moznosti acquired a new office location in 2001 is also the headquarters of Moznosti Savings House.
