Organizational Development

The Organizational Development Division, led by Jim Lemke, develops and implements programs to align work force and key business initiatives through the use of organizational effectiveness interventions. They determine appropriate interventions necessary to meet organizational goals and develop plans for effective implementation.

 

The division emphasizes the needed leadership skills by identifying and creating leadership development programs. Organizational Development provides coaching to leaders and executives on organizational growth.

 

Organizational Development supports members by providing structural models, job descriptions, policies, and recruiting procedures, while also partnering with human resources to meet culturally relevant diversity and affirmative action initiatives.

The division seeks to act as a change agent providing the support and mechanism to implement major changes to the operations of the business. They utilize research and recommend human resource technology solutions to streamline operations.

 

Some of the programs Organizational Development manages include the Talent Management, Fast Track and Bench Strength initiatives, deploying and aligning performance management programs to support Talent Management initiatives.
