Colin McCormack is Managing Director, Africa Region. Colin is responsible for coordinating the work of the CEOs of the Opportunity International partners in Africa, strategy development of partners, discussion of budgets and institutional targets, reviewing loan products and advising on new product development, and assisting with new initiatives of partners. Previously, Colin served as the Managing Director of dfcu Group where he oversaw the restructuring and development of this financial institution in Uganda from four divisions and three legal entities into two operating divisions (commercial banking and development banking) poised for full integration at the appropriate time.
